Please note: At Ceibo Fertility Center, we are a self-pay practice and do not bill insurance directly. This allows Dr. Sueldo to provide the personalized, one-on-one fertility care our patients deserve—without the limitations often created by insurance requirements. Instead of rushed visits or one-size-fits-all care, we focus on individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique fertility journey. Our self-pay pricing is competitive with many fertility clinics in South Florida, and patients often appreciate the transparency and clarity of costs. We are also happy to provide an itemized list of charges that patients may submit to their insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

    Over the past four years, I have seen at least a dozen different OB-GYNs. I have been a Kaiser patient for a while, and through three miscarriages, I always felts like I was being passed around from doctor to doctor.   • Ceibo Fertility Center is a boutique fertility practice that prioritizes a personalized patient experience. We do NOT accept any insurance at this time. However, some insurance plans may be used for diagnostic bloodwork during the testing phase, depending on the laboratory utilized (e.g. Quest) and the diagnosis code(s) used.

    Additionally, we do provide itemized statements upon request, for you to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement depending on your out of network coverage.

  • Routine annual screening will be required prior to proceeding with any fertility treatment at Ceibo Fertility Center.

    Completing your Pap smear and Annual mammogram, if indicated, before your visit are strongly recommended.

    You may also talk to your ObGyn about completing fertility testing prior to your consultation with us. If you are unable to do this, don't worry as a full infertility evaluation can be completed at Ceibo Fertility Center.

  • Not at all. We believe families can be formed in many different ways. If you do have a partner, their involvement can provide crucial support during the process. Your first appointment is designed to evaluate both patient and partner. At least 30% of infertility cases are male-related.

  • Absolutely. At Ceibo Fertility Center, we are honored to help everyone on their path to parenthood. Each case is approached individually, and we have a trusted and reliable multi-disciplinary team to assist you.

    Whether it's oocyte donation, sperm donation, embryo donation, reciprocal IVF, or gestational surrogacy — we will discuss all available options and hold your hand through the process.

  • Yes. If you’ve had prior fertility testing or procedures, bring those records with you. You are also encouraged to send them before your appointment or upload them into your portal.
